Anna is the founder of Pen Pusher Magazine and an experienced editor, who has consistently shown her talent for spotting the best new writing and working with young authors and poets. She started her career in publishing at Phaidon Press where she worked as both a researcher and assistant editor on several design titles. She is PPP&D's copywriter / ideas and concepts generator in residence.

Hape Mueller
Design and strategy
Partner

Hape is a communications professional who combines creativity with business acumen. He excels in communication, design and presentation skills and competence in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Hape established and developed a successful branding and visual communication consultancy in Switzerland which provided complete branding packages and tailored online and offline communication tools for clients in service, consumer goods and technology industries. After undertaking an MBA at Edinburgh University to enhance his strategic, financial and management skills Hape has settled in London.

Etienne Rumo
Marketing and strategy

Etienne started his career in banking before devoting his creative energy to developing and implementing sustainable marketing and business strategies for SMEs, start-ups and governmental institutions in B2B and B2C markets. His highly communicative and diplomatic personality and his ability to communicate fluently in German, French and English has won him many clients. He has an MBA from Edinburgh University and is also a part-time lecturer at several management and marketing schools in Switzerland.

Felicity Cloake
PR and copywriting

Felicity has a degree in English from Oxford and started her career at Phaidon, publishers of such excellent cookbooks as The Silver Spoon and Pork & Sons, before spending three years at fresh Magazine, latterly as Deputy Editor. Having written and edited advertorials, mail shots, press releases, brochures and website copy for everyone from big food brands to international art publishers, she’s adept at turning out snappy, attention-grabbing prose. – and she won’t stop working on it until the clients are 100 per cent happy.

Michael Constantine
Graphic design and illustration

Michael draws for his own pleasure, but over recent years has become adept at meeting clients’ needs with his artwork as well as his graphic design. By combining these two disciplines he is an incredibly adaptable artist and designer who can work to a very specific remit or produce the desired results when given broader ideas and concepts. Michael lives in London, but grew up in the small town of Glossop on the edge of the Peak District.

Joey Mueller
Web and new media

Joey is a highly-skilled, versatile web developer and project manager with nearly ten years of experience in the field. Our clients will vouch that he’s not only a meticulous programmer but also has a keen eye for attractive design that keeps the user in mind and does not defeat usability. Furthermore, seeing projects through from conception to completion is a process he finds deeply satisfying.
